A partnership with Finnieston

It’s time to bring back the natural power of wool and celebrate the people who grow it.

“Wool, as old as the hills and grown in tandem with sheep farming, has been a way of life for generations - deeply rooted in tradition, hard work, and a connection to the land which the animal graze. The rise of synthetic fibres has challenged this legacy, making it harder for wool to remain a preferred choice”.

The Eaglesham Wool Story.

Using wool from his own Grampa's sheep, this chapter is one-of-a-kind.

The Eaglesham Wool Jacket.

Ross Geddes, Founder of Finnieston, has been dedicated to creating products which leave minimal impact on the planet, and we’re happy to partner together on the The Eaglesham Wool Story.

Using wool from his own Grampa’s sheep, who’s still farming at 92, this chapter is one-of-a-kind. The wool was sheared a few seasons ago and sent to HD Wool® in Yorkshire to be turned into wool insulation for jackets. These jackets are then crafted in local mills and manufacturers, from the insulation to the fabrics and trims.

3yrs in the making and we made it to tipping point… through our partnership with Finnieston Clothing and HD Wool®, this project has allowed us to demonstrate the benefits of moving away from the historic business models to build circular, and transparent versions that give back to the planet and people.

The insulation used in this jacket is made from wool offering natural benefits of odour resistant, thermoregulatory, breathability and stretch. In active settings this will keep you comfortable and dry so you can enjoy in all climates.
